 studio fnt is a design studio that works on prints, identities, interactive/digital media, typeface design, media art collaborations and more. Founded in 2006 and based in Seoul, Korea, studio fnt launched in 2010 fnt press, a publisher of books and other material regarding design, art and anything inventive. 2006년 11월에 만들어진 그래픽 디자인 스튜디오 fnt는 다양한 인쇄 매체와 아이덴티티, 디지털 미디어의 디자인에 이르는 여러 분야의 프로젝트를 진행해 왔으며, 실험적인 타입페이스의 제작, 미디어 아티스트와의 공동작업 등을 통해 그 커뮤니케이션 영역을 넓혀가고 있다. 2010년부터는 여러 형태의 자체적인 저작물을 펴냄으로서 '추상적 사고와 기억, 여러가지 의미들(thought)'을 창작자와의 끊임없는 소통을 통해 유의미한 형태(form)로 도출해내는 과정을 정립해 나갈 계획이다. |
